What we hear

St Paul's has always had a passion for music, driven by the special acoustic of the building.  Below are some of our musical activities:

Communion Singing Group

The choir meet for a short practice session at 9:30 am on Sundays. This is an informal group, no robes required. New members will be very welcome. To find out more information, please email the Director of Music, Robert Emery, on info@robertemery.com.

Performance at St Paul's

In recent years a variety of musical events ranging from a production a Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat to recitals and classical works have been performed to the delight both of audience and performers and proceeds go to support a number of charities.

The latest performance by the members of St Paul's and fellow members from Grove Park was written by our resident composer of the communion setting, Mike Dixon, lyrics by John Theakston and Musically Directed by Robert Emery and was called 'The Rocky Crusades'.
